Hello! I’m Jessica. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, but you might also call me a self-love encourager, a listening (like truly listening) ear, an advocate for vulnerability, and a holder of space for hope and healing. I believe we require less fixing and more accepting – less perfectionism and more good-enough – less criticism and more self-compassion.
I support people who want to find more acceptance in who they are, but feel suffocated by self-criticism, doubt, sadness, anxiety, overwhelm, or fear. Through integrative and evidence-based practices, I help clients create a space for more compassion for themselves, more capacity to feel the hard stuff, and more understanding of how to manage the stressors and impacts of our past, our environment, and our day-to-day life.
I am the first to admit I do not have it all together. I serve not as an expert or someone with all the answers, but as a collaborative guide who values and deeply respects who my clients are and the wisdom they already have within.
I bring my whole heart and authentic self to therapy. I see therapy as teamwork, and it is my goal to partner with you through your journey from start to finish. Equipped with compassion, care, and a sense of humor, I strive to create an empathic therapeutic relationship, where you feel supported, heard and empowered. Healing comes when we do the hard work to acknowledge, understand and own our stories--not run from them. I draw from several different schools of practice, but all of them have a central tenet of placing importance on our relationship: on connecting with you, creating safety for you, and allowing you to feel truly and deeply seen.
Aside from being a therapist…
I’m also a wife, mom of three wonderful kiddos, Jesus follower, coffee lover, ISFJ, Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), Enneagram Type 9, nap enthusiast, dog lover, believer in small acts of kindness and often choose quality over quantity.

Hi, I'm Rebecca. I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, an educator, and an
enthusiastic lover of life. It is my great honor to sit with you and develop trust while
present with your deepest sorrows, painful experiences, regret, and shameful feelings.
One of my goals is to help you find balance in your mind, body, and spirit. I am
passionate about supporting and assisting people to feel understood while confronting
their thoughts and feelings. I wish to create a safe space to explore patterns and
develop a new understanding that will allow for intentional changes in life.
In my experience as a parent and educator working with children and young adults with various neurodevelopmental differences and mental health challenges, I approach
counseling and healing through a holistic and person-centered lens. Training in trauma-informed yoga gave me the sensitivity and understanding to help at- risk and underserved communities begin healing from generational trauma. This work
guided me to the education and clinical skills to support adults of all populations to heal generational trauma and family-of-origin dysfunction.
Clinical training in sex therapy has given me the skill to support individuals and couples struggling to talk about sex, experiencing sexual pain or dysfunction, low desire, intimacy and attachment challenges, sexual trauma, or out-of-control sexual problems. I offer various approaches to relationship therapy based on my client's needs and I am equipped with evidence-based research that informs my work. As a couple, I view your relationship as the client, while helping each individual feel seen and heard. I recognize the struggles that people bring with them. I have life experience and clinical training to help me see you beneath your hurt. I see the possibilities life has for you when you understand who you are as an individual within a relationship and why the relationship may not currently work for you. I offer tools and skill development from a variety of relationship models to infuse your relational experience with more intimacy and connection. Relational satisfaction is possible with knowledge, vulnerability, determination, humility and intimacy.
When I'm not sitting with clients and loving on people, you can find me geeking out on neuroscience, laughing with my young adult kiddos, adventuring with my partner, or walking with my little dog. Supporting others is how I give back what I have received. I wasn't born into a family with the relational skills and mental health to teach me how to navigate life's challenges gracefully. I learned through the mistakes of experience and many years of personal therapeutic work guided by compassionate and skilled mentors and therapists. I am here to partner with you to make changes, heal hurt, and live the more fulfilling life you desire.

My name is Katie and I am thrilled to be a part of the kind, compassionate and caring team at Abide Counseling Services. One of my overall professional goals as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is to help guide individuals towards the most healthy, peaceful and authentic versions of themselves.
Therapy is a collaborative effort and can give people a space to explore where they’ve been, who they are and who they want to become. My approach as a therapist is rooted in compassion and respect, honoring the strengths of each individual client.
Throughout my 12+ years of experience in the profession, a recurring theme I have noticed is consistent, incremental change coupled with healthy thoughts, can lead to a more satisfying and fulfilling life. I believe in helping individuals increase self-awareness and explore what brings meaning to their life. During the therapeutic process I constantly strive to cultivate a safe and non-judgemental environment where individuals can express and examine their thoughts, feelings and experiences freely.

Lindsay Weigand
Certified Life Coach
lindsay@abidecounselingservices.com
Hi, I’m Lindsay. I have a passion for helping people. I have always loved listening to others share their stories and their dreams, and I enjoy encouraging them along the way– like a personal cheerleader. But, behind the cheerleading is the reality that meaningful and authentic conversations are essential to growth. These conversations remind us that we matter and that our thoughts deserve a safe place for open and vulnerable processing.
Enter life coaching. A Life Coach is someone who partners with you to help you work on identifying areas where you feel stuck, and then, through intentional and targeted questions and dialogue, helps you identify obstacles, prioritize your values, and establish a plan for moving forward. Life coaching provides you with a judgment-free space to address areas in your life where you desire more fullness and long for progress.
Growth is not usually easy. Sometimes, growth is messy, non-linear, and uncomfortable, but the work that is invested is worth it. I would be honored to help you on your journey.
Aside from being a Life Coach...
I love Jesus, my husband, and our three kids. I’m an Enneagram 2 with some pretty strong wings who enjoys the outdoors(especially when it’s sunny), running, deep conversations with friends, time with family, and dancing my heart out at concerts.
